This website is operated by Vantorra Brands LLC, doing business as Vantorra (“Vantorra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by screen, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. We may modify or discontinue products and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

3. Prices, billing, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout when available. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and shipping information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Shopify and other service providers may process information to operate the Services, fulfill orders, process payments, prevent fraud, and provide related functionality.

The Services and their content—including the Vantorra name and logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, product names, and packaging—are owned by or licensed to Vantorra Brands LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

9. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the Services and our business, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, carriers, applications, or websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantorra Brands LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vantorra Brands LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
